Hotel owner seeks Investor/Business Partner for participation in the ownership of a profitable Hotel in Cyprus. All the relevant permissions have been granted for the upgrading & expansion of the property. The Assets are fully secured with guaranteed returns, the valuation is in excess of €21.50 Million Euros.
The Investors will be able to participate in the share ownership of up to 49% of the Hotel Valuation. The Hotel has been operating very successfully for over 11 years. Inspection visits are welcomed from serious prospective investors.

The hotel benefits from fully equipped kitchens with two very large walk in coolers, staff restaurant, laundry room, swimming pool, separate children’s pool and controlled private parking.

There are also 2 lifts to all floors, library, guest’s internet connection and all our departments are fully computerized with 2 IBM main servers. The Hotel is accessible by wheel chairs.


Prospective future returns


The proposed upgrading and expansion will not only increase the asset value of the present Project but will also secure high economy of scales which are needed to have secure return in invested capital. The proposed expansion investment to the Hotel will increase its total capacity and also services and star rating and will return within the region of minimum 4% return on investment annually.

The expansion will take a maximum period of nine month to complete and will be in light steel skeleton structure with plasterboard finish. The expansion investment is secured and will result in an additional increase in the valuation of the Hotel of around 4.80 Million Euros. Additionally there is an option which has been secured by the hotel for the purchase of adjacent land which lies on our boundaries with high density building that can be amalgamated with ours securing an Incredible capability of over an additional 100 deluxe units with many facilities such as small water park, wedding Banqueting facilities and full conference facilities.
